Super sleek

This handle was super easy to install. You need just basic tools and basic sense of how to work those tools. A drill is easy but you can get away without using it. This look of this is super sleek and modern. It’s a good size and great material. I definitely recommend this to someone who is renovating their house and it’s a great way to change the vibe of the house.

Sleek Door Handle

Sleek matte black door handle with lock. Super clear instructions and easy to install. The lever is very smooth and the quality feels excellent. This has given our front door a huge upgrade!

Attractive but not sturdy

I was excited to receive this door handle and lock for review. It fit perfectly into the door because it’s similar to my old doorknob so that was a bonus. It is very sleek and modern in appearance giving the door a sophisticated look. However, after test driving it for a couple of weeks, I found the keyhole pad started loosening up. As you can see in the photos above, when I push on it, it tilts to the side. I’m not sure if this is perhaps from the installation, or if it’s an issue with the product itself. It began fairly early on so but I didn’t install it myself, a family member did. So it’s hard to say what the problem is. Overall, it was attractive but it doesn’t feel sturdy or secure. I will have to try tightening it to see if that helps.

We were re- painting our front door charcoal so replaced our hardware to black-This looks clean and feels solid- very happy with how it looks and the quality of the hardware.

I'm so sorry I just got back from a business trip and am writing a review for it now. Even though I received it last month. It has a nice texture and is quite heavy. 👍But I didn't find the key and accessories in the box, so I can't try it out. Not sure what else to do to get more of my trial experience...

Weiser is a super dependable brand with lots of options. This handle was very easy to install and feels like a quality product. Does not feel cheap and there’s something so satisfying about how the key slides in’ looks great with a contemporary door. Definitely recommend!

Easy install, modern looking handle set!

This handle set was easy to install. Took less than 1 hour. Elevates any door you put it on due to the black colour and sleek look of it. Heavy duty as well, would buy again for future doors and recommend it for anyone looking for a handle set!

Q : I’ll try again. Please verify a Weiser W5 key (for pre 2009 locks) can be used with the Smartkey deadbolts made post 2009. I am told that only Weiser W6 keys can be used to rekey a Smartkey set as the W5 keys are too thick to fit in Smartkey keyholes.

Q : Weiser deadbolts on 4 doors keyed alike (E54305). One set is failing/difficult to open. I want to buy replacement 9GLC94710-023 Amador/Hollis. Will I be able to rekey this to the keys for the existing locks or are my key blanks incompatible w/Smartkey

R : Hello cm99, The Smartkey technology allows rekeying the lock at any time to the other Weiser key but is not compatible with other brands.
