Rusted after 2 years

I bought this deadbolt 2 years ago for my new build house and it’s rusty all over, looks terrible and needs to be replaced.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My Experience with Weiser Smart-Key

I followed the rekeying instructions from Weiser, but this ended up invalidating all my keys and leaving my lock cylinder misconfigured. I tried calling their support line, but the automated response indicated they were closed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Only have the new keys that came with the lock. It says this a 2 key operation. I have used both keys and the smart key. I can’t get it to work. It’s locked on both sides and won’t budge. Help please.
