A: Hi Mikechiu, You must first pair this lock to a Z-Wave hub and once connected to the hub, you can connect the lock to an app on your smartphone. Here are some examples of Z-Wave compatible hubs: Samsung SmartThings, Wink, Honeywell, Vera, Vivint, or Ring Alarm System. The lock does not connect to an app directly without first having the hub. The Weiser app only works with the Halo and Aura locks. Thank you, Weiser

Q: What is a user access code? Does this mean you can use up to 250 code combinations? I'd like a door lock that each of my employees can use a different code so we know who is coming and going.
