Dissatisfied, not working , don’t buy

We own 3 Weiser PowerBolt 3. One works perfect. The other 2 are dysfunctional and according to reviews online , this isn not a new issue. They cannot go beyond 3 beeps as the mechanism to lock (not key, but the hand switch bolt ) , it works with the key , but never connects. The issue seems to be the plate on the door connected with battery pack. Not impressed. Yet another return

Works great, simple & looks great on the door.

Easy to install, had a issue with the deadbolt retracting but I soon figured out that when I attached the back the deadbolt lever was in the wrong position. So I removed it & clicked the lever to the right & lined it up. Reattached, re-bolted it. All good.

Manual key will work but the motor will not retract or extend the dead bolt… I have tried everything. ( there isn’t anything jamming it ether)

Check the installation, and ensure that the flat blade was installed vertically, while the deadbolt latch is in the locked position. Loosen the mounting bolts a quarter turn to ensure the lock is not binding. 2. Great lock! Key pad good! Nice finish and colour. Easy to install and would recommend to use but make sure you have the right door to install it on.

Fortunately, the lock fit nicely in where the old deadbolt was, so installation was easy, with just a Phillips screwdriver. Programming instructions were not in the box, but easily found at weiserlock.com, and in minutes I had programmed in codes for each family member that they could easily remember. Naturally it works fine, as advertised. Finally, not many locks are now available in the brass color that I needed, and fortunately this Powerbolt 3 is.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Did not work

It works with the keys but it will not work with the smart lock and all I get is 5 beeps telling me there is a jam. It is plastic and there is no battery pack (you have to put them all in separately). Will not purchase again and the store won’t take it back.

I did not receive this item. I saw it on my dashboard but I never got it. Perhaps delivered to the wrong person? I didn’t receive my last voxbox either (gum). I verified my address was correct when I submitted and now this mission is stuck on my account as overdue

Q: I programmed the first code, but now I can't seem to program any additional user codes besides the first one I added. I pressed the programming button, followed by the number "1", the "Weiser" button, the user code I want to use, and then "Weiser" again.

If the latch does not rotate smoothly, it may need to be replaced under warranty.
