Q: I just purchased this product and it came with something in the bag with the screws that I believe is for emergency unlocking but I do not understand how to use it. There is no instruction other than a diagram showing to turn it counter clockwise

Q: Does this doorknob come with the two options for the faceplate around the latch? My door has a round recessed, pressed-in collar where the latch is. I do not have the rectangle, screwed in type.
