Q: My Safe Lock latch does not open easily. Do you have a solution?

A: Hello JL Batiot, To allow the latch on your deadbolt to extend and retract easily, please follow these steps: 1. Insert the key in the cylinder to verify that the rotation of the lock/unlock is smooth. 2. Rotate the interior turn piece to verify the latch will extend and retract smoothly. 3.
