Q: I have a handle set similar to the Tavaris Handle set. Interior lever is the same. It appears to have a broken spring--the lever sags and doesn't spring back. Do you have replacement springs--what size, how do I get one, etc.

Q: We purchased this lock set from Home Depot, 10 years ago…the outside thumb latch no longer pulls the mechanism in far enough to clear the latch, pulled apart and inspected, metal was noticed to be worn. How do I get this replaced?
